If you purchase directly the product from our online distributors, among others, Paddle.com Market, Ltd (Paddle) or Suraway, Ltd (Xsolla), the processing of your data for acquisition and payment will be carried out by them in accordance with their privacy policies and terms and conditions of use, without prejudice to the fact that we process your data for the operation of the products, services and applications and the support on them in accordance with the informed terms.
In the event of a merger or sale or if all or part of our business assets are acquired by or merged with a third party or in the framework of a planned change of control operation, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the data we have collected from users as part of such merger, acquisition or change of control, especially to ensure the continuity of services and applications, subject to the current legal framework.
