CONSERVATION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collect taking into account the specific legal basis for each processing. But depending on the type of data processing and the applicable regulation or law for their deletion, this information deletion will be restricted to the legal minimums and maximums. Meaning that, some data, even being unnecessary for us, must be conserved and blocked with the aim of complying with future legal obligations of any kind: tax, commercial, tax, etc. or even when we are required to do so by the Security Forces and/or by Courts. Once the legally required retention periods have expired, the blocked data will be deleted.
We also inform you that the blocked data will be anonymized and not used by Voicemod.

Also, Voicemod We may share information about you that has been previously anonymised so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you. For example, we may share aggregated user statistics for the purpose of describing our business to partners or the public.
Also, raising doubts or your feedback through our “moderation channel” in Discord, you allow Voicemod to share such content anonymously on FAQ in order to promote what users think of Voicemod.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Voicemod operates and supports its products, services and applications from Spain without prejudice to the use of platforms and suppliers located in other countries within the framework of its provision, subject to the provisions of the data protection regulations in force at any given time.
User data may be stored or processed on our servers in Europe, without prejudice to the fact that it may be stored or processed in other countries where our suppliers related to our services and applications have their presence, operate or maintain their facilities. Processors that may participate in our services and applications located outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) such as the United States and United Kingdom must have an adequate level of protection, under the conditions and guarantees required by law and contract.

However Voicemod performs a prior filtering of providers to try to choose the one that offers the best security guarantees. MINORS
If you are not of legal age as per your relevant legislation or your parents have not provided appropriate consent according to the applicable laws Voicemod will deny your access to Voicemod Products without prior notice and without any liability If we have any reason to believe that you are using them without parental /legal guardians consent.
If we become aware that personal data of a user under this age has been provided or collected in or through our services or applications without that prior authorization, we will take appropriate measures to delete them as soon as possible, reserving the right to suspend or terminate the services and use of applications that you may be using.
