How do I set up my Voicemod Key with my gaming console?
Turn on your gaming console.Connect the Voicemod Key to your phone and open the Voicemod mobile app. Plug your gaming controller into the Voicemod Key controller port, using the audio cable provided. Finally, plug your headphones (with microphone) into the headphone input on the Voicemod Key.

What is that button on the Voicemod Key?
That button enables you to hear yourself so you can preview how you sound.

Microphone sensitivity
If you are not happy with how your voice sounds, on the mobile app, go to Menu > Audio Settings and change the Mic sensitivity. Different phones and headsets might require different values.

Phone volume is very important
Make sure that your mobile phone has its volume high enough (but not too loud), both within the app and your phone volume, since your mobile device will work as a controller for Voicemod Key.

Xbox and PlayStation noise reduction
Xbox or PlayStation can apply noise reduction that can interfere in the voice quality and in the sounds that you trigger. Deactivate that in their settings in order to have a better experience.

I’m hearing noises when connecting to my console
To resolve this, you can either produce a loud and continuous sound, which may prompt your console to switch to the correct mode, or, alternatively, and more simply, you can follow the steps recommended while connecting your VMKey device:Turn ON your gaming console. Connect Voicemod Key to your phone and open the Voicemod mobile app. Connect your gaming controller to the controller input in the Voicemod Key using the audio cable that came in the bag. Last, connect your headphones (with microphone) to the Voicemod Key in the headphone input.

Can I use Voicemod while playing or calling on mobile?
You would need a second phone or tablet only running Voicemod and connected to Voicemod Key. Then you would connect your phone using the audio cable. Please note this setup works exclusively with mobiles that have a headphone jack input.

How do I start my Voicemod PRO 1 month free trial?
To start your Voicemod PRO free trial, insert your VM Key into your mobile device with the Voicemod mobile application open. On notification prompt, you can choose to accept your Voicemod PRO trial. If you choose not to start your trial straight away, you can activate it by reinserting the VM Key into your mobile device later.
If you select ‘do not show again’ during this notification, no worries! You can go back in time by reinstalling the Voicemod Mobile application and insert your Voicemod Key into your mobile device and BOOM, you’re back where you left off!

What happens at the end of my Voicemod PRO 1 month free trial?
We will notify you before your Voicemod PRO trial expires via app notification. At this point, you can either choose a PRO plan or alternatively, you can continue using Voicemod as a free user with 9 daily rotating voices and unlimited soundboard slot access.
