When purchasing this annual subscription, you´ll acquire (i) an annual subscription to Voicemod Pro (payment is done through Xsolla) and (ii) Voicemod will provide you, at no additional cost, a digital Console Soundboard and a Voicemod Key.
The subscription to Voicemod Pro is annual and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel the subscription at any time from your account (help on how to do it here). Cancelling the subscription will prevent autorenewal but will not terminate the subscription in the middle of the current cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the annual subscription.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item of this purchase , see here where. To exercise the right of withdrawal within this 30-day period, you must also return the Voicemod Key in its original condition. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Voicemod reserves the right to hold the refund until the Voicemod Key is returned and in good condition.
The Voicemod Key will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure accuracy when writing your shipping information. Voicemod is not liable for delays in shipping for circumstances out of our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing, nor for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
