1. Overview
Voicemod Inc., Sucursal en España (“Voicemod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a reservation program that allows customers to reserve a Voicemod Key Pocket prior to general availability. By placing a reservation, you secure priority access to purchase when ordering opens ahead of shipment. These Terms govern your reservation and any subsequent order.
2. Reservation Option
We currently offer one reservation option: Full Reservation at $50.00 USD (a 50% saving off the full retail price of $99.00 USD). This represents full payment in advance.
3. Nature of the Reservation
Your reservation secures your place in line for Voicemod Key Pocket. It does not constitute a completed sale at the time of payment. Your reservation will automatically convert into an order when shipping begins, unless you cancel beforehand.
4. Order Conversion & Timing
When Voicemod Key Pocket approaches production readiness, we will notify you by email. At that time, your reservation will automatically convert into an order unless you cancel before the stated deadline. You will receive a confirmation when your order is formalized.
5. Manufacturing & Availability
Voicemod is actively developing and preparing Voicemod Key Pocket for production. Although unlikely, there is a possibility the final product could be different than shown in the description page. The final product may slightly differ. While we anticipate shipping according to our published timeline, all reservations remain subject to manufacturing readiness, component availability, and quality assurance requirements. Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes only and are not guarantees.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your reservation at any time before it converts into an order by contacting Voicemod Support. Full Reservations are fully refundable prior to order conversion. Once a reservation has converted into an order, standard return and refund policies will apply. Once you received your device, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the device is in perfect condition and you cover the return shipping costs. Your return window starts from the day it lands at your door, not from when you reserved it, nor when the order was formalized.
7. Pricing, Taxes & Shipping
The reservation price is $50.00 USD. Cancel anytime before your order ships, no questions asked, full refund. If the launch price ends up lower than what you paid, we’ll refund you the difference, automatically.
8. Reservation Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicemod shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including supply chain disruptions or manufacturing delays.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
